Don't waste your insurance going here. The first steroid injection lasted one month. After that, they didn't. The injections are painful, that is why they give you a ball to squeeze. One woman was very upset when she was leaving saying that she was not coming back because it's not worth it. They won't operate, and won't prescribe pain medication. This place is a joke. They told me to quit my job of 10 years and basically stop doing anything I enjoy as a hobby. Because they refused to do anything to actually help. I’m only 30.
The supporting staff is all wonderful and kind. However every time I come in I’m left waiting long past my appointment time before the “doctor” sees me. It wouldn’t be a huge deal except I’m always the first appointment of the day. I schedule 7:30a every follow up so that I don’t miss out on time at work. I’m asked to be here by 7:15a yet almost every appointment I’m waiting past 8a to see the doctor. It’s disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time as a patient. On Tue March 14, we received a call about my husband's referral, stating we needed to return call by end of day. I called twice that day and could only leave messages. It's now March 24 and still no return call.
