I’ve visited this location three times now, twice for physicals and once for a work injury and each experience has been frustrating. I had appointments scheduled for each visit and brought the necessary paperwork from my employers, yet the front desk staff was unpleasant and unprepared on two of the three occasions. This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Every single desk worker is completely uninterested in patients and doing their job. They have no sense of time. The average physical should not take 2.5 hours. Figure it out. It’s an absolute embarrassment to health care.
I'd given less than one star if I could. Can someone explain why it's going on 2.5 hrs for a scheduled appointment new hire physical. This is absolutely ridiculous and no reason for me to wait this long for my daughter to get a physical done. Being in healthcare for over 25 years this is beyond unorganized and just a horrible mess if you have other appointments or a small child with you. I see why all the bad reviews.
Had a 12:30 appt. I left at 2:30 because I still haven't been seen.
