The nurse practitioner I had to see was very rude and didn’t even prescribe me medicine for my Stomach and I left there went to Walmart and threw up everywhere.
Very upset with this place! Went there a couple weeks ago sicker than a dog!! Went back even sneezed green mucus into my mask. They did Covid and flu test which took a minute to test and said if I had either she would still treat it the same way and didn’t write me any type of prescription. Which ok I understand that may be right nothing you can do, but I also missed work because of how sick I was and told her I would need one! I came here once and had a terrific experience with an APRN, Brittany. She's truly gifted. But now I'm changing my review, and I sincerely apologize to anyone who made the mistake of coming here because of my previous review. Including to myself. When I came back at a later date, everything about the next visit was sideways, beginning to end. I was told it was one copay -- then they "made a mistake, sorry" and jacked the bill. Took my mother to the urgent care today. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Got straight back and the nurse talked to my mom was very nice. Then the provider came In and let me tell you. She was so good with my mom. Took her time and she figured out what was wrong with my mother. I will always highly recommend this place. Caring and loving and very professional. Leslie I thank you so much for maybe even saving my mother life today.
