The nurses are always so nice to me and my girls! The ladies and gentlemen in the office are so nice. I almost left without my kids school note and they brought it out to my car for me. The care they give me and my family is why I choose to go here for treatment.
If I could give 0 stars I would ! These folks never sent in my medical certificate for my cdl like they said they would and I almost got shut down ! I see why they have 2 stars, DO YOUR JOB! CDL drivers taking their physical here if you can try to avoid this place, if not send it in yourself through the KY website and save yourself a lot of trouble !
The staff was great and Nurse Practitioner Kim was awesome!!
