Came in for hand injury, likely a tendon issue. They did an X-ray and said it wasn't broken. Well I knew that. Sent me out of there with no splint, my hand is in extreme pain if I move it. I would not recommend this place, as it seems they are not fully invested in people's care or diagnosis. Their 2.6 rating is a reflection of the service and minimal approach. There is absolutely nothing urgent about this establishment. Waited fifteen minutes to get checked in (not bad if they were busy). There was ONE person in the waiting room. Another ten minutes to get called back (the nurse couldn’t have been less friendly). Then thirty to be seen by the “physician.” I could hear them laughing it up, having a jolly time outside the door (contents of the conversation NSFW). The only saving grace they had was the gentleman in intake. He was very courteous. Just go in knowing it will be awhile.
Dont go here unleas its the last place in the city. Pitiful service
