Polite and caring staff. Great service by all.
Not good
While they are friendly, they are pretty clueless and have no idea what is going on. Each visit I had to wait up at the front desk watching the folks upfront struggle with my papers for ten minutes. I had one of my blood vials lost (supposed to be transfered to Indianapolis), they told me to come by again anytime, I was told it was probably an issue with the vials freezing then unfreezing thus making them unusable, and I need to come by a certain time to insure my results don't unfreeze again and even then, there's no 100% g... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Eric Steed Jackson and his staff! Nurse Practitioners are top notch. The Medical Assistants, the front desk, the lab. I highly recommend.
