NP Kristie Watson-Dermatology is the “bomb.” I was treated well by the receptionist at the Front Desk and Nurse Lisa. NP Kristie is super knowledgeable and very, very experienced. If I would have known about this Dermatology Clinic a few years ago, it would have saved me a lot of grief. Well worth the extra drive, thank you !!!
Has been very easy and simple visit . Whole staff very nice . In and out and all questions answered.
Doctors and nurses are great and kind, but the whole system is terrible. I’ve had more issues with refills of prescriptions (that I’ve been on for 10 years now and never had issues with prior doctors) and billing issues. What’s even more frustrating is that if you call, they just always send you to an automated nurses’ line and you leave a message and never get a reply. This has been going on for MONTHS now.
Had to change my Review. I was upset at first cuz I had to drive 45 mins to get my prescriptions after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of to get them transferred to the correct county cuz they sent them to the wrong town and its very hard to get ahold of anyone there over the phone. But Dr. Christy and the staff were so nice It evens out the scale of satisfaction. Christy and the staff were so nice and kind, made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well. Overall I recommend this place.
