This place was terrible. The nurse didn’t listen. Didn’t take any time. Told me nothing was wrong with me. My favorite nurse that is always working was put somewhere else like always and they wouldn’t tell me where to find her. If they ever get rid of her I will never come back and half the time they aren’t open. I will stop going here. They do not help or listen. There is one practice nurse that listens and if she is not there do not bother.
Went in to get a flu test done and was told my headache didn’t count as a symptom when I was exposed to it because it was only one symptom… someone in an office was yelling out to tell the receptionist what to say ……. “Well you just told me you didn’t have any symptoms so” just 10/10 negative experience definitely would not go back with how rude the employees are.
My daughter has been battling whatever illness has been going around… to the point where she could not stop coughing and almost vomiting. The clinic inside Meijers was the only one I could find that was open on Sunday at 8AM. We got there at 8am (opening) and were quickly assisted. The staff was excellent but DNP Lacresha W was sincerely one of the best urgent care providers i have ever been to. My wife scheduled an appointment to be seen during my lunch break with two sick kids at home. As she enters a walk in was told the wait would be at least an hour. 20 minutes later he was called back and she was told it would be an hour and a half wait even though she had an appointment. Very frustrating.
