This place was terrible. It was not clean and the Nurse Practitioner was either incompetent or just did not care. It was bad. NP did not even do an exam and suggested I keep trying over the counter antihistamines after I named 3 I have tried with zero effect on a neck to feet allergic reaction rash. I’ve written 2 negative reviews for anything on my entire life and this is one of them. Do not waste your money or time here.
Always had a good experience
Front desk and tech were so nice, they got me in with not even a 5 minute wait as a walk-in. However, the NP Donna was terrible in so many ways. Not only was she not helpful, she was SO RUDE with any questions I asked her. I came into the clinic with several days of severe throat swelling, excessive cough where I lost my voice and had difficulty swallowing, painful congestion throughout my head, nose, ears ringing/burning, constant sweating, and eyes caked shut with pus. Was traveling home from vacation heading home to Florida and got a bad chest cold. Showed up 5 min before they closed but they took me in with smiling faces. Listened thoroughly and took time to treat me with care and respect. Highly recommend!
Would recommend this place 100 times! The staff were so sweet, caring, and dedicated to the care they give patients. I went in an hour before closing on a Saturday, and made it out a few minutes after they closed. The nurse practitioner and other staff didn't rush through in order to get off in time and was so incredibly thorough, patient, and genuine.
