I am newer to the area & I made an appointment at this clinic for an overall checkup. I had to cancel the appointment due to a family emergency and called to do so within 24 hours. I then had to go for urgent care and they got me in right away and took care of the issue. The staff was very polite and the NP was wonderful. However, I was surprised when I recently got a letter from the clinic stating they will no longer accept me as a patient due to a missed apt that I did not reschedule bc I knew I would be out of town. Called in today to make an appointment and had an appointment at 10:50 and was told in the email to arrive 10 minutes early. I arrived at 10:35 and checked in at the kiosk. 5 minutes later I was called back to finish the check in process and I thought great I'll be in and out quicker than I expected. Boy was I wrong. I sat as the patients that were there ahead on me were called back and then sat there as they called 4 more walk in patients that arrived after me.
