Smarted off to me multiple times on the phone when I called. Said that they tried ti contact me multiple times when they did not. I had to wait months for them to give me a call to schedule an appointment for 7 MONTHS AWAY! If I could give Deaconess negative stars, I would.
They were great at first, then my left hearing aid started messing up. The volume adjuster came off and it constantly Screams in my ear. I have left messages at different times for the last 2 or 3 years (could not get a live person) and they have never returned my calls.
There phone system is worthless. They give you prompts to hit 3 for Audiology. Absolutely nothing happens they just keep giving you other prompts. I am about over anything Deaconess. Mychart is an absolute nightmare!!!

Wish I could rate them but they refused to take new patients. Bless them.
