Called the facility multiple times and they would not speak to me regarding an estimated time I could expect to hear back regarding a referral that had been sent over until it was received by the nurse on staff. It’s been six months since then and I never heard back after they refused to schedule.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Brake. I had to get a benign tumor removed and my incision lines look great, and I experienced no facial paralysis, even temporary, which was a huge relief, as the tumor was wrapped around the main trunk of my facial nerve. She was very prompt to follow up with any questions or concerns I had, and everyone at the office was pleasant and helpful.
They've saved me more than I will never be able to put into words... Anyone with chronic ear issues will understand. Dr. Chacko put tubes in my ears back in the middle of 2023 (for the 6th time, but for the first time as an adult). Two years later, I, yet again, ended up with more ear issues. I called just to see how scheduling works. Got yelled at. You have to have a referral btw don’t ever call unless you have only holy moly.
