RecommendedWe got a bill from them fine so I started paying them little bit every week ($20) the bill was $137. So I paid $100 total and they turned me over to collections. Will never go to this hospital again.
Everything took wife in with chest pain and they made her sit in the waiting room!!! Took her to St. Vincent and they took her right back to a room!!!
When someone goes into their ER thinking they could be having a heart attack I need to be taken directly back and check not to the back of the line

I'm so disappointed at Deaconess Gateway Hospital! My dad had to go and have a very extensive back surgery. The surgery went well but the nursing stuff has been awful to him! They have been disrespectful, incompetent, unprofessional.. you name it. One nurse has even told him to SHUT UP. I have worked in the medical field and seen people who are hard to deal with and everything else which is to be expected from people who are in pain, anxious, and just don't want to be there! Staff are so nice and professional
I’d like to give a HUGE shout out to The Cardiac Unit at Deaconess Gateway. EVERY doctor, nurse, phlebotomist, and CNA in the cardiac unit was kind and professional. Even under the mask, you could see the compassion and kindness in their eyes. The eyes are the window to the soul. Thank you to everyone for making my stay a pleasant one. The care you gave was top notch ! Thank you all so much ! 😇🤗😷🤩🥰😇
