Our sales rep Jason was friendly and legit. I noticed something wrong with the car and he made it right. The world needs more salespeople like Jason! For the dealership, they got a better loan rate but then tried to slip gap coverage without telling us, and if I wasn’t already prepared with full itemization with a loan calculator from need wallet I would have paid over $3k more for my loan. I drove from Charlotte to Raleigh to buy a specific car from this dealership and feel compelled to express my disappointment in the experience. The car itself is exactly what I was looking for, however the customer service and the manner of conducting business was dishonorable. After agreeing to pick up payment when the car was delivered, I was asked at the last minute before returning to Charlotte to secure the cashiers check which they would pick up.
