Took my truck to be inspected. Walked in and asked the young lady behind the counter how long for a inspection. I was told we will get it right in. At this point I was still happy. With in 5 minutes my truck was pulled in the bay for the inspection. Here is where the experience changes. 45 minutes later no word on my truck. 55 minutes later still no truck. Never again. Not a happy customer. Then Mr. Allen Jones call me and refers to knowing my son, Nick (not my son) from an alternative home! Bad thing is it was a voice message. I'm not sure who this person is, but I was offended for them. He obviously didn't know this customer but he defintely lost one. He is not a man of his word.

I dont see how deacon jones nissan in goldsboro nc is still even open so dishonest . My girlfriend purchased a new nissan sentra from this dealership i was told i was going to recieve a $100 for referring her to nissan . Still waiting on it but everytime i call up there its either il find out whats going on and call you back.
