TYLER BAKER in the parts department SAVED my butt today. We are visiting my son stationed at Seymore. Going out of his way Tyler checked and found a back hatch glass for my 23 expedition that broke when I stupidly pulled out of garage with hatch up. Normally Ford dealerships don't carry glass like this. INSTEAD of simply lackadaisically telling me they don't have it, Tyler went above and beyond by not only finding one in house but also went and physically checked it to make certain it was in good shape.
