This is my 2nd time getting The Works at Deacon Ford. The staff was polite and professional. The waiting area and restroom were clean. My wait time was a lot longer than expected. The staff acknowledged the long wait time and apologized. I appreciated the acknowledgment. Overall, a good visit.

Made an appointment online for an oil change i got to the shop 20 mins before the appointment, there were no cars in the shop. they told me they close in 30 minutes and could not help me. They said they dont even look at the online appointments and they were closing in 30 minutes so could not help me. 30 minutes before closing time is enough time for an oil change, but they chose to not only disregard the appointment but also avoid the work.
