From an initial phone call to final drive away in my new Bronco Sport, Deacon Jones Ford did an amazing job. I love working with the friendly yet professional staff. The worst experience I have ever had with a service dept. To be fair you will read I am to blame for some of this as i raised my voice after being lied to and the tried to sell me a bunch of BS about how long a oil change takes like ive never been to a jilly lube or take 5 befoe . First they dont take appointments even though they have a link on their website the service manager claims it does not work and link with there system. Beware- I was told by the service department at this dealership on two separate occasions that both replacement batteries installed in my F-250 came with a three-year warranty. Unfortunately, when I actually needed to use that warranty, I was informed that the batteries were only covered for 12 months. I understand now that because the original batteries were replaced under the factory warranty, the replacement batteries were subject to different warranty terms. Well, I finally understand why all my retired friends have trucks! They use them!😂 So, after 11yrs of believing I was getting by with driving my small SUVs ie the Escape and Bronco Sport, I’ve finally given in and admit I’ve really needed a bed to haul things. So, off to Deacon Jones Ford I went, worked with my long time friend and salesman Shane and came home with my new 4x4 Ranger! I absolutely love this vehicle! A big thank you to Shane, Rylee and the Deacon Jones crew for always taking care of me for 20+ years now!
