Horrible. Bought an electric vehicle. They give you Zero information about the vehicle. There isn't even an owner's manual. You have to literally google everything. Have 700 miles on car. Took it for service because it stopped charging. They said 'oh, you can't charge the car in the rain. It's in the owner's manual (which again, isn't included), and the ends got some corrosion. HOW .. it's new .. 700 MILES! .. then said 'it's not covered under warranty. Charged me $110. Crooks
As someone who has bought multiple cars from multiple dealerships, I can wholeheartedly say my experience at Deacon Jones was the absolute best!! Due to a collision, I recently needed to replace my 2014 SRX. I made the decision to purchase a larger car; I chose a RED XT6... light interior. What a challenge to find one that met my criteria. However, we traveled around and found one at Deacon Jones in Smithfield. Cole and the Entire Team were amazing. There was no pressure at all. Over the past 50 years...this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
