Fast service, friendly and attentive staff.
Ms Debra, service technician, was absolutely outstanding. Took the time to ensure I got what I needed and at the right price, I.e. new tires!
Brian in the Service Advisor team is great.
I want to give Mr. Brian Butler a REVIEW that gentleman is awesome and today isn’t the first day that I had interactions with him. I have a JEEP and my husband has a Dodge and we both get our SUV’s serviced at this location and also Garner. But we absolutely LOVE the customer service experience with both. But this review is for Mr Brian who works extremely hard at the Smithfield NC location.
