The entire process very well. The service manager Shawn noticed I had some warranty work that would take several hours and arranged a loaner car. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Love my car but goodness gracious do not come back for services. I scheduled an oil change through the Chevy App for 1030. When I arrived the vibe was so unwelcoming and I felt like I may have driven into the wrong service center. No one gave me any direction until finally a woman asked me what I was there for.
