Rogelio was my service manager for my 2018 GMC Sierra that needed an A/C system fixed. It was an expensive fix to say the least. It was the worst treatment as a veteran and senior that I have been exposed to. The service agent on Monday, May 4th, acted like I was a second rated citizen. This dealership is the worst GM or Chevrolet dealership that I have ever been to and I am going to recommend that their franchise be removed.
Fast and communication is spot on. Service advisor explains and gives you options and recommendations.
Had paint fixed on our jeep here and we will definitely go back for anything else we may need. Highly recommend Shawn at the body shop! He took great care of us and the jeep looks great!
