Brian in the Service Advisor team is great.
I want to give Mr. Brian Butler a REVIEW that gentleman is awesome and today isn’t the first day that I had interactions with him. I have a JEEP and my husband has a Dodge and we both get our SUV’s serviced at this location and also Garner. But we absolutely LOVE the customer service experience with both. But this review is for Mr Brian who works extremely hard at the Smithfield NC location. Total disappointment
CUSTOMER BEWARE! Water hose leak and thermostat replacement in my 80 yr old mother 2019 Buick they quoted me $1,400 as though it was a good deal. Laughable at best. Too many good mechanics to waste my money there. I took my money and ran!
Horrible service. Every time you go to the service department when you drop your car off it’s new people who know nothing. Snake oil service. Time to move on.
