As an investor, I have been working for about 2 years with Adam for purchasing almost 10 houses in the Pittsburgh area and I must say he always gave me good advice for buying and selling ! It is rare to find an agent so honest and reliable. And that was the key for me as I don't live in the US so often I had to buy without seeing the houses !

A young realtor named Tony A met us at Cooke Dr, 15234 to let us inside to perform a Uniform Construction Code electrical inspection on behalf of Castle Shannon Borough on 5/23/24. Tony wore gym shorts to our meeting and was generally unkempt. Tony was representing the homeowner of the property who lives out of state and could not attend the inspection.
