This advisor is a nightmare. When I pointed out health hazards in the property, they literally said, “Why would we remediate that?” If you value your health, your money, or basic human decency, run the other way.
Terrible agent who was disrespectful towards me. Even hung up on me and tried to play it off in texts. Then wouldn’t work a situation out even as I tried to do an investment on a property, wouldn’t trust this agency especially the one agent they have.
As an investor, I have been working for about 2 years with Adam for purchasing almost 10 houses in the Pittsburgh area and I must say he always gave me good advice for buying and selling ! It is rare to find an agent so honest and reliable. And that was the key for me as I don't live in the US so often I had to buy without seeing the houses !
Lived for two months in sewage because of this company. Would NEVER reccomend
