Came to give an estimate however the sales rep Will told me they would not get into a bidding war. I said I always get multiple bids and I have multiple factor I decide on. He kept saying he and the owner Mr. Wilder will not get into bidding wars so I finally said does this mean you do not want to provide and estimate. He said no so I said ok see ya. Called Don and he was at my house 30 minutes later. He took care of the problem quickly.
I used DE Wilder for a roof replacement. Don was prompt in retuning my call, he was friendly and had someone out to look at the job within a day. I worked with Kenneth from that point on and he also was quick to respond, friendly and explained what to expect. When I gave them the job they had it completed two days later. The crew showed up early and had a new roof on in no time, leaving no trace of trash anywhere.
Beautiful new roof, done efficiently with excellent clean up. Would definitely recommend.
