We wanted to put in a new kitchen faucet and called Wildasin & asked what they charge. We were told $89/hr. We scheduled the appointment and the plumber arrived at our house at 11am and departed at 11:22. The bill - $133.50. We were charged travel time from the last client. Not only was that never mentioned it is absurd to charge based on time from the previous job. Great company. anytime i have a problem they are there the next day.
Work seems to be Ok but they have a terrible scheduling problem then no-show issues. Rescheduling for me resulted in a week delay from scheduled work day which was initially planned a couple weeks out.
