I was with another local company (M****) for years and was not happy with them in all aspects. D.E. Walker & Son has great customer service and friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I'm glad I switched companies. Its good to have found a family reliable business again.
My family has done service with company since the 1950s the business has declined integrity & professionalism. The company is now owned by younger leadership who dismissed & cut me off when I had concerns about the professionalism of their staff. Every time I tried give feedback, I was immediately cut off and told how they operate the company. They assumed my concerns versus truly listening to my concerns. Chris' guidance on fufilling my needs and answering questions was tremendous. The men sent from D.E. Walker did a great job! They were professional and pleasant to deal with in their explanation of the new equipment and worked extremely clean and courteous fashion. I highly recommend using D.E.
