Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and over an hour and half late to the appointment. Never called to say they were running late. Got to the house to do the appraisal, inspected the heat pump, which would be the job of the inspector- NOT the appraiser- and said the heat pump was not working properly. There has never been any issues with the heat pump, but still had to have an HVAC licensed professional inspect the heat pump- and it came back with a clean bill of health.
