I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and professional Dr. De Tan's staff was. They all made me feel relaxed and comfortable even before sedation. The overall experience was good and Dr. De Tan was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable through the whole procedure. If you are hesitant about getting a colonoscopy, rest assured that it is very necessary and a lot easier than a root canal!
Yesterday I had a colonscopy made by Doctor Tan. He and all the other stuff I met were very professional, patient and kind. I don't know how to express my feeling. Thank them very much.
Dr. Tan spends his time making sure you understand everything. I’ve never felt rushed or on a time limit. He is conscientious, kind and has excellent bedside manner. His staff has also been nothing but amazing and made me feel at ease.
