We've been using DeSousa for about ten years and they've been consistently great. It's a locally-owned business where the staff are real people who answer the phone and actually care about you as a customer (which isn't so common these days). By a fluke because of the extreme drop in temps and weather-related power outages, compounded with a change in usage, our family ran out of propane and didn't realize it until after-hours.
