I do not recommend Maria and her team for real estate transactions. She was very unresponsive and forgot to do an important filing for a transaction which caused me to be penalized. When I mentioned it to the team, they consistently ignored me and did not pay the fine. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Maria and her team were fantastic to deal with and we will be using her again. We threw some curveballs at her and she managed to make the process seemless for us which we greatly appreciate.
