I do not recommend Maria and her team for real estate transactions. She was very unresponsive and forgot to do an important filing for a transaction which caused me to be penalized. When I mentioned it to the team, they consistently ignored me and did not pay the fine. This was a very unpleasant experience.
My husband and I worked with Maria and her assistant Adelia on a closing almost 2 years ago. The service, availability and knowledge are second to none.
