Buildings are in horrible condition, AC in the hallways is nonexisting, maintenance fees very high. Roaches are all over the place. Would not recommend living here.
If you are thinking about renting or purchasing an apt here, DON’T. Cockroaches everywhere BEWARE! I have rented an apt from Oscar Schvartz and Joaquin Schvartz, Nixajoma LLC at in building 2, for the past year and it was absolutely horrible, speaking about the landlord and the building. Be warned, one elevator works expired 3 years ago for inspection and a small fake sticker was just put up to make it look like it was inspected (sometimes can be out for two weeks I feel bad for elderly who have no option I don’t know how they do it) Location is safe, Hallandale Police work hard to keep this area safe that may be the only positive thing about this place, not dog friendly whatsoever, how hard would it be to put a trash can for dogs on the premises, people who work around the building Hector and Odlin some of ... read more
Such a horrible place to live! Cockroaches are everywhere, 1 elevator has been out of service for 2 years, and the other one gets broken several times a week, AC is old and always leaks, people in the office are just nasty and unprofessional
