this place simply gets worse and worse. i have lived here for over 10 years. before I’d say 2024, this place was fine, albeit slightly unsanitary. now, yet another new management corporation came in. they are the greediest one we’ve had yet. i wouldn’t be surprised if they removed my review. we’ve been under renovations for nearly 10 months, looking like we’ll never finish (the few parts they have “finished” are honestly ugly as hell); only a couple elevators work, with the other half being replaced but not working; the saun... read more
This is a terrible place to live. I absolutely do not recommend moving here. We lived here for 3 years without problems, but then a new management board came in and they turned this place into a concentration camp. Everything is forbidden, and they fine you for everything. It's an old, dilapidated community, but the rules are like in a luxury high-rise. It's unbearable. They closed the sauna, removed the tennis court and turned it into a parking lot to sell spaces to people. Only one guest is allowed to visit. They even tow ... read more
