After 13 years at DeSoto Park North, I can truly say that this place feels like home. The location is wonderful—right on the canal, with beautiful views that I still enjoy after all these years. Right across the street is a beautiful park with wonderful playgrounds for children, which is a great addition to the neighbourhood. they partner with a towing company - i was visiting a friend and my car got towed, even though I registered it through their system, tow truck guy wanted $100 on the spot in cash to let the car down, what a scam.
Every year it gets worse and worse, there is no grill area, cockroaches, the pool is dirty, the sauna does not work, the billiards are in disrepair, the tennis court looks like a tank range. The Internet is bad and expensive. The office refers to the president for all complaints. The president does not want to hear anything. The rent is expensive for these conditions
