We haven’t purchased anything from them as we haven’t been able to view the items due to being closed to the public. OK mask except not the color I ordered. They were not helpful when I contacted them.
Spectacular company, phenomenal customer service. Despite being in Portland, OR I’m treated as though I stepped right through the doors in San Diego. Prompt response, owner Emilio is incredibly involved and customer service oriented, quality control is among the best I’ve seen in the triathlon world, made right in their local shop and best of all they’re run ethically. I’ve happily steered my own employees to this company for all PPE and not a single unhappy word. Many lifelong customers.
