Hands down, best Dr ever!!! He's pretty knowledgeable in a few of my chronic illnesses, but especially the main one. He listens, he cares and he doesn't just assumes he knows what you need, he asks for your opinion and input. Amazing doctor... The receptionist is the only one working the front. She leads patients back and is the only one answering calls, handling patients records, among many other things. Be patient with her, it's not her or the doctors fault. Wonderful doctor and staff! I rarely have to wait long to see him and Dr. De Simone really knows his stuff! I can tell he has been practicing medicine for as long as he has, over 30 yrs.! He has done right by me and I am so grateful to have him as my PCP. He is just awesome all around! I MUST mention that I adore Amanda at the front desk, she is so kind and she always works so diligently and is on top of anything I need. Thanks Dr. De Simone and Amanda, I really appreciate all that you do for me!
The Dr is amazing, the communication and office administration, not so much. I've been trying for three 3 days to contact them for a refill on my medication. I can absolutely never get through but they should've sent it over right after my appointment in the first place (that isn't the first time either).. like I said the Dr is amazing, everything else, not so much.
