I had to come on here and let people know because the young boy at the front desk named Richard has not gotten any better . He is still rude. Do exactly as they say in their response to you send an email to that email and let them know but better yet we need to hold staff of these offices responsible for their unwarranted rude behavior . Stop going to them giving them your money.
I have been seeing Dr Gray for several years and I love her bedside manners and I'm always comfortable.
