2 stars for being friendly, the carpet I bought was suppose to be really great, not so much. I have traffic wear spots already and it's only 10 months. Second I called and talked to Joe and told him the installers dinged up my finished drywall corner , yes it was 2 months later but I ended up in the hospital during the installation and had a serious surgery. Just look at the place. Company is also confrontational with anyone who writes a review that is not 5 stars. Read the comments. Also you should properly formulate your sentences before telling someone else to be observant.
