Honestly - this office does nothing but take care of their patients. Every negative review on this website, is immature and inaccurate to the care this office has of every single patient that walks through the door. The people that work here are human too and deserve the same respect they give their patients. I’ve been battling an issue with my glasses for a month now. Been a patient of Dr. Chamberlain for over 25+ years. I have never been treated so badly because I needed to split my appt into x2 visits because I am diabetic and couldn’t do th dilated exam because I had to work. I actually felt cornered in the exam room when she was almost yelling at me etc. I work in healthcare and have for over 30 years. This is NOT a good choice for eye care. Very unprofessional.

I enjoyed everyone, my doctor was so nice and took the time to listen to my concerns about my eyes. The receptionist was very nice, the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses were great too! The best experience at an eye care clinic I’ve had.
Took a pair of glasses back in that broke and were under warranty. The woman that sits behind the eyeglass desk on the right was extremely rude and told me nobody breaks these kind of frames. Gave me shit about wanting a new pair. So I finally got a new pair. They had an extra set of frames in stock. She took my brand new lenses and put them into my new frames and scratched the hell out of the left lense and I’m pretty sure she did it on purpose.
