I called at 2:55 pm to get pricing and see when their next appointment time is. The guy on the phone said I can come in right now and I said oh you’re taking walk ins? He said yes until 5pm. I get there at 3:15 and there was a guy working on someone and I tell him I want a haircut and he tells me he can’t now because it’s just him but I can come back tomorrow. ⭐️ 00000 Stars- Overcharged, blamed, and sent out with completely botched hair I was quoted **$160 before booking** so then I booked with Rafael I told him what I wanted and no questions was asked so I was quoted that amount then when I got to the salon the price suddenly jumped to **over $300** and Rafael was not doing my hair anyways because the stylist claimed I needed a “color correction” that was never mentioned beforehand. No vallan a este lugar, el dueño no mide sus palabras a la hora de hablar, trata a sus clientes de manera despectiva, creyendo que sus comentarios son recíprocos, trata a las personas de mayor estatus como si fuera la realeza y a sus clientas normales las denigra como si nuestro dinero no valiera igual que los demás, el trabajo que hicieron fue horrible! Rafa and Luis give a great quality of care for your hair and customers service. They are have a positive attitude and environment in the salon. I really like them. They change the color of my hair and styled nicely.
