Please use caution if you have light hair or are going light. They put me under heat (completely unnecessary as I was already blonde, and left me under said heat for 30 min. Then they applied a toner which they forgot about and it was on my head for a full 40 min. By the time I was washed, they couldn't even comb it. It was completely fried, they couldn't brush it, I left with a wet head full of Knots and it was gummy. Thankfully I was able to rescue it at home with a treatment.
