I worked with Christina in a Cash for Keys arrangement and although the initial negotiations were very difficult and seemingly going nowhere with a troublesome tenant, Christina was able to finalize the agreement in a peaceful manner with the tenant and answer all my questions and provide sound advice throughout the entire process.
