I've been renting warehouse and office space from Veronica for over 20 years. Every property that she manages is very well maintained and routinely upgraded. Any problems are promptly addressed. I have rented office space from DePadro Realty multiple times over the years. Veronica is a Fort Lauderdale native and so knowledgable about the Fort Lauderdale and Pompano area. I loved renting in the Oakland Park building near the post office. Such a great, well kept space and convenient location. I highly recommend working with them.
I have rented from De Padro Realty since 2007. 19 years! The properties are very well maintained. If there is any repairs that need to be addressed they are fixed promptly and professionally. I have received so many compliments about my business location from my clients throughout the years. I have always chosen this rental property for my businesses. All 3 of them!
Beware! **Unauthorized entry by Veronica** Upon giving a 30 day notice that we were terminating the lease, 2 days later she called and asked if she could show the place. I explained that she would need to give proper notification, 48 hours notice up to the 15th of the month and following the 15th it would be clear anytime. Leaving plenty of time for her to show it.
