This is not a review on their service however it is a review on their employees character... while getting ready to leave our vacation there were 2 women who were finishing their cleaning job and getting ready to leave. As they were backing up the hit another car with their mini van... they proceeded to get out and check their damage but never checked the car tag with the owners room information to let them know, did not leave a note, and did not tell the gate attendant rather they got right in and left.
