Paid over 2k for our van doors to be fixed which they still dont properly work. So many parts were ordered without even given a heads up of how much it was going to be. We still respected their price and paid to be able to get our van picked up but when I called to let them know the issues we were still having JR was extremely disrespectful over the phone he told me it was our fault they didnt work properly he then said he didnt want to talk to me after I was trying to explain to him the issue and he hung up. Seeing other reviews stating that they would take care of Volvos but then have some guy named Jr REFUSE to help me with mine is wild to me! I had my father go to DE Medlock because I not once but twice called them to make sure they would look at my Volvo and also accept my warranty through carmax and I know for a fact I did not speak to this Jr guy at all the times before until today.
