I called their company a little over a week ago and scheduled an appointment for today (5/20) between 1230 and 130. I informed their representative that I was flying in from Austin and was only going to be in town for 5 hours. They did not show up at the appointment time and made no effort to contact me. I called them twice but was shot over to their AI phone service, which was no help whatsoever. I'm very disappointed by their lack of professionality and poor customer service.

Brett flaked on appointments with my mother three times and didn’t bother to call her in advance. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

This review is for exterior house painting. Although Rick DeMartini is personable to work with: He, however, doesn't have bandwidth or maybe its for our project he didn't spend much time supervising the work. Paint work was for the entire exterior of our house. Side walls were actually uneven. Painted onto the window glasses (bad taping job).
