Joanne and Susan are incredible! My (now) fiancé and I went in to peruse what I might be interested in for an engagement ring, and they were both so helpful and informative. They talked us through the different cuts and qualities of diamonds, and curated a selection for me to try based on what I ended up gravitating towards. The whole process was relaxed, and a lot of fun. I also know they worked closely with my fiancé in staying within his budget. I absolutely adore my ring, and couldn’t be happier! :)
