This was my first time getting my nails done by Vanessa, and she did not disappoint! She was quick yet thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. I’m very particular about my nail shape, and she got it just right with no issues. On top of that, she was super friendly and made the experience so enjoyable. I can’t wait to book with her again!
Words cannot describe how angry I am right now! I made an appointment with Mark (Lam) almost two weeks ago for 8/31/24 @ 10am, he selected the time. I live in D.C. and got up early to make sure I was on time for my appointment because I’m respectful of other people’s time. I arrived at 9:40a.m. By 10:00a.m. Mark still hadn’t arrived. Absolutely, hands down, the best nail salon I have ever experienced. Clean, calming music, great massage chairs, but most importantly Lily, my nail tech, was caring, meticulous and made me feel I was her favorite client.
