This funeral home has been with us through a lot of losses and everytime they have been so attentive and helpful and also compassionate.
I'm really disappointed with them. we have used them for 5 other family members and never had a problem,but this time things didn't go like it was supposed to, My brother and I made arrangements for our with Steven last Monday,we had our dad cremated and ask if they could bring him to the church and say a few words at the graveside,we were told yes,then on Wed was told that he doesn't do speeches at the service ( why didn't he mention it to us Monday when we did arrangements).he didn't show up with the ashes on Saturday (day... read more
