I'm really disappointed with them. we have used them for 5 other family members and never had a problem,but this time things didn't go like it was supposed to, My brother and I made arrangements for our with Steven last Monday,we had our dad cremated and ask if they could bring him to the church and say a few words at the graveside,we were told yes,then on Wed was told that he doesn't do speeches at the service ( why didn't he mention it to us Monday when we did arrangements).he didn't show up with the ashes on Saturday (day... read more

Very loving and caring people. They are the best.
