My wife's Lexus's mirror was noticeably hit and knocked off kilter in a shopping mall parking lot. I'm guessing Lexus would've charged us an arm and a leg to fix it, but Lou fixed it for an hour's labor and you can't even tell the mirror was messed up to begin with. Denise and Lou are honest, hard working people and I would recommend their body shop to anyone.
The woman who helped me was so kind- didn’t even go in for a repair but needed my car jumped in a bind. Helpful neighborhood service.
This shop does PERFECT work. I've been taking my cars to De Leo's for over twenty years. This time, it was to have my 2015 Subaru Imprezza "De-dinged". One scrape on the the right front fender had been a "Gift" from someone in a parking lot. I myself destroyed the rear bumper by backing into something. The resulting repairs are perfect in all respects, from color-matching to undetectable scrape removal. I can confidently recommend this 5-star shop.
Tried to call, never got to be picked up. Left a massage, they didn't call back. Went there physically to get repair's cost estimation, they took photos and told me to wait a day, after a week - I still didn't hear from them
