They might just be too popular. Came by to get an estimate, was told I’d have it in a few days. No follow up, no one picked up the phone. 10 days later my car is in another shop and they’re still estimating.
My wife's Lexus's mirror was noticeably hit and knocked off kilter in a shopping mall parking lot. I'm guessing Lexus would've charged us an arm and a leg to fix it, but Lou fixed it for an hour's labor and you can't even tell the mirror was messed up to begin with. Denise and Lou are honest, hard working people and I would recommend their body shop to anyone.
The woman who helped me was so kind- didn’t even go in for a repair but needed my car jumped in a bind. Helpful neighborhood service.
