TERRIBLE customer service! The 1st time they were supposed to show up (7/16), they didn't. I called to find out if they were still coming and "Dave" stated that they were waiting for confirmation from my warranty company (not true) & rescheduled (7/17). I contacted my warranty company to confirm what I was told by "Dave" which I already knew to be untrue because I was on the phone when all was confirmed. Kenny and Diego installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heating and cooling system for us. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend De Leon HVAC. Kenny gave a fair price. After the walkthrough, he provided a quote when he said he would. He was responsive to calls and messages. They started the job the next day and completed the project when they said they would. They were punctual and polite. They cleaned up the site after the installation.
