Staff is very helpful and friendly. The insoles are like walking on air, unfortunately the shoes are so big and wide that I keep tripping over my own feet. Its like wearing clown shoes for me. I'm definitely going back cause I believe this issue can be resolved. UPDATE: I went back and chose a different pair of shoes and they fit perfect. This place is accessible to get to even by wheelchair. The gentleman who helped me with measuring my feet and picking out shoes, was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I would recommend this place to others!! The only reason for 4 stars is because it's not easy to find, based on the address, on Google maps and there's no suite number on their building entrance.
