Dr. Dan is very rude. He should not be working with children. Also, so nasty to his staff. Time to retire. However, the two ladies at the front desk are extremely pleasant to deal with and are accommodating.
This is not a nice man. if you want your children to like their dentist, go elsewhere. i had my children with him for more than 10 years, even though they complained they didn't like him, and i finally just left the practice. Your children will have competent dentistry, but if you want a pleasing communicative relationship with your dentist, look elsewhere. i will say the two women in the front office are the loveliest people on Earth.

D O. see yelp full review White Plains 5.0 star 2016 My first visit to Dr. Dan was literally a cry for help. I was referred to Dr. Dan by a friend who raved about him. I can tell you that it's Dr Dan's reputation that gets you in the door, but it's his staff and the atmosphere they create which keeps you coming back promptly every 6 months. This is the best dental practice in Westchester, hands down. "Why can't Dr Dan be our doctor for EVERYTHING"
The staff at the front desk and nurses are very very friendly and welcoming. However dr Dan himself is very rude and has a tendency to rush a procedure. He does not understand that people have real fears of the dentist and takes it as a joke.

He explains the visit to the parent personally the results of the visit. The office and waiting room are full of games and tv's. During the exam the kids have the option to watch a movie on there personal tv. He is truly a great doctor.
