the best dentist I've ever had, very gentile touch, absolutely no pain during surgery, just amazing. I had such a fear of dentist but not anymore. you are in good hand with dr. de la cotera
Staff unprofessional, rude, ,irresponsible ! Messed up appointment schedules 3x and don't even apologized for the errors as if it's the patient's fault.The attitudes of 1 or 2 of the staff named Stephanie is unacceptable and I brought to the attention to Dr. Dela Cotera on the 2nd incident but nothing has changed! Just yesterday they messed up our schedule again by the same staff and this is it! No more business for this dentist if he can't even train his staff in a courteous professional manner
