2 weeks prior to delivering a new baby, I smelled fumes in my home. The gas company delivered the news that there were toxic levels of carbon monoxide in my home, and the likely cause was the failure of the heat exchanger. In distress, I called DuJong's. They sent out a representative the next day and confirmed the exchanger needed replaced. I assumed that this person would also make an estimate.
