Technician was polite, informative, and thorough. I was irritated that a/c coil cleaning is an up charge beginning in 2026. Extra $95 for a 15 minute job was pretty excessive. I’ll be checking with Waterbury, Frisbee’s, or another company for next year.
Ac was not working. They had it running by 10:00 am. Very professional and timely service.
