I walked in at noon for a manicure and was told that they close at 1:00. I noted that it was noon, but the lady just responded “call and make an appointment “. I don’t understand it. There was only one customer at the place. A man’s manicure doesn’t take an hour. Terrible experience.
After my experience, I wish I could’ve given a one star review. I went to De Ja Vue with my daughter after making an appointment. When I got there the staff spoke about my daughter in their own language and turned us away. They claimed that they had misinterpreted after seeing my daughter and knowing that she had been there already. We were very upset with this experience and are never going back to this location.
