I signed a contract with Ken in 3/2018. Was told my project would be done early in the summer. Ken was initially responsive but as the months went by, I did not hear from him and whenever I asked for a start date for the project, I was told “within the next couple weeks.” Finally, by July I let him know I was frustrated with the lack of progress and also communication and would like my deposit back so I could go in another direction.
